We will start production within 24 hours after receiving your order. Once the sex doll is in production, you cannot cancel theorder.

Refund policy within 24 hours after payment (custom orders cannot be cancelled/refunded):

90% refundable within 4 hours after payment

80% refundable within 24 hours after payment

Refund policy within 24 hours of receipt:

If your sex doll is defective when you receive it and has not been used in any way, we can arrange to return the sex dollaslong as you notify us within 24 hours of receiving the sex doll. However, we do not bear the return shipping costs. If the sex dollreturned to us cannot be delivered, a 20% handling fee wibe charged and no refund will be given.
